Since the filing of our original opinion herein, it has been called to our attention that the Michigan court in Parker v. Port Huron Hospital, 1960, 361 Mich. 1, 105 N.W.2d 1, in abolishing the rule of charitable immunity formerly accorded to Michigan charitable hospitals, made such ruling prospective from the date of the filing of the decision except that it was immediately made applicable to the case therein decided.
